Refund Policy

At Managed Testing Endpoints (MTE), we provide operator-managed, dedicated testing endpoints and residential network services with significant operational resources invested in setup, maintenance, and support.

1. No Refunds

All payments for MTE services, including demo access, subscription fees, or custom configurations, are non-refundable. Once an endpoint is allocated, configured, or a service is activated, the operational costs are incurred and cannot be reversed.

2. Exceptions / Credit Policy

While payments are non-refundable, in rare cases where:

  • A technical failure prevents access to the service due to MTE’s infrastructure

  • Or endpoints cannot be delivered as promised

We may, at our discretion, offer service credits or extended access for the affected period. Such exceptions are evaluated case by case.

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel future subscription periods at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund for past payments.

4. Support and Issue Resolution

We provide operator-assisted support to ensure proper service operation. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately at:

5. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to MTE services, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are non-refundable due to the high operational costs of maintaining dedicated endpoints and providing operator-assisted configurations.
